The villa is located in an exceptional location, next to a beautiful quiet beach with a view of the islands of Pa\u0161man and Ugljan. It is located in Suko\u0161an, a few minutes away from the capital of Zadar County, Zadar.<\/p>

Upon entering the villa, you will be enchanted by the designerly decorated living room and kitchen, from which there is a view of the outdoor pool and the wonderful blue sea. The villa is equipped with a smart home system so that the entire villa can be controlled via LCD. By opening the glass walls, everything becomes one large open space with an outdoor terrace and a large outdoor swimming pool with the possibility of heating and cooling water.<\/p>

If you want to swim, the pool is equipped with a counter-current, and after swimming you can relax with massages that the pool is also equipped with. When you go to the first floor, the first thing that will greet you is the wellness area, which you can enjoy in summer and winter. Wellness is equipped with an indoor overflow pool and a sauna with a panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding islands. The pool is also equipped with counter-current swimming techniques, massages, and cooling or heating of the pool. In case of bad weather, you can lower the glass wall and have indoor wellness to enjoy. You can watch beautiful sunsets from the sauna, while you can also enjoy the sunset on the large outdoor terrace.<\/p>

The villa is equipped with 6 master bedrooms. On the first floor, there are two master bedrooms, each meticulously decorated, with the possibility of exiting to the terrace. On the second floor, there are four master bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a bathtub and a large private terrace. In the basement of the villa, there is a playroom, equipped with various games (billiards, table football, darts) and a PlayStation room, a room for playing or watching matches\/movies. In the basement, there is also a space for a gym.<\/p>

Access to the basement and the first and second floors is facilitated by an elevator. Leaving the villa, we reach a large grassy yard, where various Mediterranean herbs and citrus fruits are planted.<\/p>
